The ROD Folders contain all the ROD opinions to date. Most ROD opinions have a prefix which indicates the Wage Agreement under which they were decided. For example, ROD 84-390 indicates that the ROD was decided under the 1984 Wage Agreement. All 1984 RODs are located in the 1984 ROD Folder. ROD 88-042 was decided under the 1988 Wage Agreement and is located in the 1988 ROD Folder. RODs under the 1978 Wage Agreement do not have a prefix; therefore, ROD 277 indicates that the ROD was decided under the 1978 Wage Agreement. These RODs are located in the 1978 ROD Folder. A ROD with the prefix "CA"-for example, CA-022-indicates that the ROD was decided under the Coal Act. All Coal Act RODs can be found in the Coal Act ROD Folder.
