This is a list of medical providers, doctors and hospitals NOT participating in the UMWA 1993 Benefit Plan, as of the date shown at the buttom of the listing page. If you obtain services from a medical provider, doctor or hospital that the Trustees have determined is a non-participating provider, you will have a higher co-payment.

UMWA H&R Funds provides this list of non-participating providers for your convenience. Although we will always try to keep this list accurate and up-to-date, please note that we cannot guarantee that all non-participating providers will be shown on this list. Funds beneficiaries may contact the Funds Call Center at (800) 291-1425 if you have questions, or to check for current information.
