The Cooperating Provider Directory on the Internet
provides searchable information on cooperating UMWA Funds providers. You may
search for a participating provider by: |

By making this information available to beneficiaries
and other providers, UMWA Funds can help to guide beneficiaries to cooperating
providers. Providers can utilize the directory to guide referrals of
beneficiaries (and perhaps even non-beneficiaries.)

"Exact Match" will only find Cities that

is entered (for Virginia), Richlands, Rich Creek, and Richmond
could be returned. "Sounds Like" will find cities that sound like the City that
was entered. A state MUST be selected if a City is entered. |
