"My search gave me no matches."

Check each of the criteria you entered for possible errors.
Perhaps you are asking for too specific of a search. Try removing one or more criteria to enlarge your search.
Try alternate spellings, or use the "Begins With" option to maximize your search. For example, instead of searching for the last name of Johnson, try 'John' with the "Begins With" option to enlarge your search. Similarly, instead of using a specific zip code, try entering the first few digits, such as '206' "Begins With" option instead of '20655.'

"My search gave me too many matches."

Add some criteria to your search to narrow it. Perhaps add the name of the city or a zip code. For example, if you selected Cardiology and Dermatology for the specialties and entered Washington or Wash with the "Begins With" option for the city, you would see a list of providers that specialize in Cardiology or Dermatology located in Washington for the state you selected. Adding a zip code (or part of a zip code, such as 206 with the "Begins With" option ) will help narrow the search to the geographic area you desire.

"I can't find the doctor I'm looking for."

Try searching the City or zip code instead of the name. Perhaps that provider is listed with another group instead of individually.
Enlarge your search by using partial zip code ("206" with the "Begins With" option) or name ("John" with the "Begins With" option).

"I found the doctor I'm looking for, but I can't find the address."

Some providers currently only have a billing address listed in our system instead of their physical address, which we are working to correct. Some providers have a telephone number listed so that you may call them for further information.
